On this page, you play and delete your messages or move them to other folders.
New voicemail messages appear in your Inbox in bold font.
After you listen to a new message, it displays in normal font.
In addition to the supplied Inbox, Saved, and Deleted folders, you can add personal folders.

Move a message to another folder
To play a message on this PC:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Inbox, Saved, Deleted, or Personal to access the messages in that folder.
Click in the Play column
for the message you want to play. The PC's default media player starts
and the message plays.
Tip: The PC must be enabled for sound, with the speakers turned on or a headset plugged in, for the message to play.
To move a message from one folder to another:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Inbox, Saved, Deleted, or Personal to access the messages in that folder.
Click to check the check box next to the message you want to move.
In the Move to Folder drop-down list, select the destination folder for the message.
Click Move.
The message moves to the selected folder.
Tip: You can create personal folders to help organize your messages.
All messages have a subject of "Voice Message" by default. To help you identify and organize messages, you can change this subject to a more meaningful description. To edit the subject of a message:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Inbox, Saved, Deleted, or Personal to access the messages in that folder.
Click in the Edit
column of the message you want to edit.
Change the subject text as needed.
Click Save.
To delete a message:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Inbox, Saved, or Personal to access the messages in that folder.
Click to check the check box next to the message you want to delete.
Click Delete.
The message moves from its current folder to the Deleted folder.
To permanently remove messages that are in the Deleted folder:
Under the Voicemail Folders menu at the left of the page, click Deleted.
Click to check the check box next to the message you want to permanently remove.
Click Delete.
Alternatively, click Empty Folder in the Deleted folder to permanently remove all of the messages.
