Enter Submit to process download

This page or the process.asp page should contain the logic to decide

if the download should be done by doing a lookup in the reciepts table

or elsewhere to see what the current shopper id has just purchased and

therefore should be allowed to download. Alternatively it may list what

they have purchased in the past and thus you want to allow them

to re-download any one of those items.
