H5's placement of colon

Question

Why can't H5 put the colon in the right place when I do this: :h5.Heading This is text

Answer

 The H5 processing was designed to not produce the colon when
 an ordered list, unordered list (or any document element that's
 not pure text) follows the H5 heading text. The only way it
 knows for sure that text follows it is when a :p. tag
 immediately follows the :h5 tag.
