RSSLST just copies a file from VSE disk and RSSLSTT copies 
tape to Power. It doesn't know anything about resources or even
about AFP and printing. It just understands that records with x'5a'
in the first byte can be sent to Power as 32K records. It's useful
for AFP files on disk or tape, such as those created by ACIF or Toolkit.
