Description:
Recieve error "Package name already exists" in the package builder process.

Summary:
A previous fix that had been backed out was not completely removed, code had to be cleaned out.

Conclusion:
The following patch fixes the error "Package name already exists in the list" that occurs after step 1b in the package builder process. In order to apply this fix, simply replace both copies of SDPKGB32.EXE on the Core server, one in the  x:\Program Files\Intel\DTM\ldlogon directory, and the other in the x:\Program Files\Intel\DTM\SWDist directory (where "x" is the drive letter the Intel Suite is installed on). 

NOTE: If you have already installed package building clients before receiving this fix, you DO NOT need to rebuild the clients.
