FULLNAME.ST contains a fix for specifying the graphics settings of a push 
button, label, form or window.  This fixes a problem when you specify a 
graphic label type of icon or bitmap will sometimes require the file extension 
(.DLL) to be included and other times not.   

For example, if you use the find function to get "abticons.dll", the ".dll" will be 
stripped in the module name entry, the icons will not appear until you add the .dll
back to the module name.  However, if abticons.dll is in the current directory, then
the .dll file extension must not be included.
