IBMCLIFX.DAT contains fixes for the DB2 Call Level Interface component.  These
fixes are for VisualAge Version 3.0a only.

If you have installed one of the Professional products, then you should apply the 
following fixes that correct problems with LOB support and also allow you to run 
using threads:

ibmdbfx.exe
      For IBM Database component
ibmclifx.exe
      For IBM CLI Database component
odbcfx.exe
      For ODBC Support component
