GROUPBOX.ST - DELETING THE LABEL STRING ON A GROUP CAUSES WIDGET TO REPAINT INCORRECTLY

This fix contains changes to the OSGroupBox and OSWidget classes that repaint the group box
properly when the label string is deleted on the group box. The error resulted in the group box
not painting completely.
