pq14557 - Part of Icon label gets left behind on drag/drop

Symptom:

When a drag/drop operation is performed on an icon in an
EwIconArea, parts of the icon label will be left behind if the
font has changed to a larger font since first realizing the view.

Solution:

Unzip pq14557.zip Open a Workspace on the files and filein the patches.

Note: This is fixed in v4.5
