R40MD22_.ZIP - ICS LOAD AND UNLOAD TOO SLOWLY

Unzip the r40md22o.zip for OS/2 and r40md22w.zip for Windows95/NT. Import and load
the datfile. This fix brings IC loading and unloading times within range of Digitalk's SLLs.
