emsrv61 - Can't run emsrv 6.22

Symptom:

 Emsrv 6.22, shipped with VisualAge Smalltalk Enterprise V4.5, does not
 run on certain popular UNIX platforms (AIX 4.1.x, HP-UX 10.10, Solaris
 2.5.1).                                             


Solution:

 Emsrv 6.1 is supplied which supports all platforms supported by
 Emsrv 6.22 as well as the 3 platforms listed above.  Emsrv 6.1 does
 support creating managers in 16GB format, but the actual size of the
 manager file is limited to 2GB.

 To install Emsrv 6.1, download the file appropriate to your operating
 system (in binary), make the directory where Emsrv 6.22 was installed
 your current directory, and untar the file (for example, on AIX, 
 tar -xvf emsrv61a.tar).
