pq15860 - Converters don't handle nil using VA 4 Web connection

Prerequisites:

	VA 4 


Symptom:

	An object value of nil is incompatible when specifying a converter
    for an entry field.  In VA 3.0a, an object value of nil was acceptable.
    In VA 3.0a, the method AbtHtmlTextConverterManager>>#displayObject
    returned an empty string if the object value was nil.   To correct this
    problem in VA 4.02b, a similar check was added to
    AbtHtmlTextConverterManager>>#string.

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq15860.st and file in the patch.
