pq17426 -  Undefined Object does not understand disable

Symptom:

This problem occurs in v4.02b as well as v4.5 on NT4.0 and OS/2 Warp3.  It seems
 that when a connection is made from a container details view selectionIsValid to a 
MenuChoice item disable, the first time the view wrapper is opened, fine, the second 
time the debugger gives the following error message:

Solution:

 Open a workspace on pq17426.st and file in the fix.
