pq17488 -  Word wrap does not work on New Memo body text in Lotus

Prerequisites:

 	V4.5

Symptom:

	 When creating NOTES documents, the text does not wrap.                          

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq17488.st and file in the patch.
	The customer will have to define the pollDictionary values as
    Nts... and use 8 for PARADELIM_ANYLINE.
