Prerequisites:

  VisualAge V4.02B or V4.5 for Japanese


Symptom:

  Under Windows NT 4.0 Japanese with VisualAge V4.02B or V4.5 for              
  Japanese, if you delete all of the DBCS characters in an MLE
  (by either backspacing until there are no more or by highlighting
  all the characters and then pressing the DELETE key) and then 
  move focus to some other widget, a walkback occurs.                


Solution:

   File in pq12923.st to apply the temporary fix.
