Prerequisites:



Symptom:

	The maximum path + file name of a file under Windows NT is 255.  However, VA/ST 4.02b
	only allows for 128 characters.  

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq19282.st and file in the patch.
	To solve problem, the 128 (in the fix) should be 255 for Windows NT
	(128 for Windows 3.1).
