pq19490 - Column definitions for an imported schema with LOB datatypes is incorrect

Symptom:

	DB2 column defintions for a LOB datatype require that the column
	length be enclosed in parentheses.  If you import a schema from
	a table with a LOB datatype, OE omits the parentheses.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq19490.st and file in the patch.
