Symptom:

	If you attempt to dump a tra file from a cat file when the 
	language and territory is not us-english (germany/german, for 
	example) the tra file will be empty.  The problem is us/english
	is hard-coded in AbtNlmCatalogBasedDefinitionGatherer>>#gatherPool:  


Solution:

	In AbtNlmCatalogBasedDefinitionGatherer>>#gatherPool:  change the 
	language and territory to the site-specific ones.
