Symptom:

	Prefixing the label string of a menu choice with the tilde character
	creates a mnemonic for the menu choice.   Prefixing the label string
    of a push button with the tilde character creates what appears to be
    a mnemonic but the menmonic doesn't work.  The behavior of
    menmonics for push buttons and menu choices should be 
    consistent.

Solution:

	This has been changed such that a ~ is not accepted when trying to
    place a mnemonic or accelerator on a menu.
