pq20075 - v45 Combo Box Selection gets highlighted again after tabbing to
	 another widget and resizing window

Symptom:

	A selection from a combo box becomes highlighted again after 
	tabbing to another widget and resizing or maximizing the window. It 
	does not happen if the window is minimized and restored. This only 
	occurs under NT4.0 no fixpak or fixpak3. It also occurs on v4.20b on 
	NT.

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq20075.st and file in the patch.
