pq20141 - Container details itemsSelected event signaled with the wrong items when
 items are selected before the widget opens

Symptom:

 The Container Details part is not signaling the  selectedItems event with the correct 
items when the selection policy is set to single select  and the selected  items are set 
before the container  has opened.  If the selected items are set after the container 
opens, the event is signaled with the correct items. 

Solution:

 Open a workspace on pq20141.st and file in the fix.
