Symptom:

	In SSTOSConverter, the class methods convertToMbcs: and                       
 	convertToWcs: are not complete for the AIX platform. They have                
 	the following comment: "Not done yet". Customer needs this to                
 	be completed as soon as possible because he is getting dbstrings              
 	returned and he needs strings.


Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq20893.st and file in the patch.
