pq21433 - Radio Button focus not being set properly

Symptom:

  Tabbing into a radio button set when the selectionIndex is changed will result in the 
correct item being selected but the previously selected item having focus.



 Workaround:

 Open a workspace on pq21433.st and file in the fix.
