pq21995 - Can't input more data into text field than is able to display

Prerequisites:



Symptom:

	Using a Korean workstation for WinNt 4.0,
	if a text field is defined to have a set
	max length that is longer than what
	can physically be displayed in the field,
	(ie the width is defined such that the maxlength
	# of characters cannot fit in the displayed field)
	then the text field does not scroll when you hit
	the physical display end


Solution:

	This APAR collides with another APAR, meaning to fix it breaks the other.

	Note to customer:
	I have attached the editions of the methods that work for me, meaning that
	when I load these methods, the text limit problem reported in PMR 31833 (APAR PQ21995)
	does not occur, however, the problem in APAR PQ15532 does occur.  So the ONLY solution
	to have both fixes co-exist is to turn 'autoTab' to false for fields with a maxLength of 2 or less. 

	Open a workspace on pq21995a.st and pq21995b.st and file in the patch.
