Symptom:

	 The problem is encountered when you try to build an IDL swap file
     by downloading the IDL definition for the derived IDL interface from
     the Visibroker idl repository.

Solution:

	Open a workspace on file pq22034.st and file in the patch.
 	This will be included in the next version of SST.
