Symptom:

	Shading type in button settings not staying set within the Note 
	Book style settings. V4.5 Works ok if Preferences set to        
	Properties Table.           

Solution:

	Open a workspace on the files pq22637a.st, pq22637b.st, and
	pq22637c.st and file in the patch.
