pq28517 On Windows, GroupBox using XmSHADOWOUT does not paint properly

Symptom:

When using a groupBox on Windows that specifies XmSHADOWOUT, the right and bottom sides
 will paint.  The top and left will not.


Workaround:

Open a workspace on pq28517.st and file in the code.
