pq30305 VapRelationalSubQuery does not understand staticQuerySpecsForQuery:

Symptom:

Walkback when generating services for a very simple data structure involving 3 tables if he has
the static query options selected.  It works fine if static query is not selected.

Note: This has been fixed in v5.0

Workaround:

Open a workspace on pq30305.st and file in the code.
