pq37988 -  Undefined Object does not understand discriminator

Prerequisites:
 V4.5a

Symptom:
 When trying to bring up an rmi server in runtime, the walkback
 Undefined Object does not understand discriminator  is
received.  The problem is that the peer connection is nil and 
we were not checking for that condition in the correct timing sequence.

Solution:
 Open a workspace on pq37988.st and file in the patch.
