13272 -  AbtTCPIInetHost>>#getHostById: errors can get lost

Prerequisites:

        None.

Symptom:

         The last line in the method
AbtTCPInetHost>>#getHostById send the #yourself
message but it should not.  This message might
cause errors to be masked from those methods that call
it.

Solution:

  Open a workspace on 13272.st and file in the code.
