pq13917.txt CWCONSTANTS, EWCONSTANTS AND ABTCWCONSTANTS REMOVED FROM 
                     ABTAPPBLDRPART

In V3.0b, AbtAppBldrPart definition included pool dictionaries CwConstants, EwConstants,
and AbtCwConstants.  They were removed in V4.0.x.

Workaround:
*** Development says this was done intentionally.  Customer must now add CwConstants etal
to  their class definitions.
