Purpose of this book
 
The NetView for AIX User's Guide for Beginners provides a
foundation for understanding and operating the IBM NetView
for AIX program.  It contains introductory information and
step-by-step tasks that help a new user understand how
NetView for AIX manages networks.
 
Audience
 
This publication is for network operators and others who are
new to the NetView for AIX program.  A secondary audience is
system administrators, who should be familiar with the tasks
included here so they can use them for training.

How to Print the PostScript** Files

A printer with PostScript** capability is required for the *.ps files.

Note: If you are using a printer with a parallel port cable,
        you may experience PostScript printing errors, depending
        on the length of the cable. If this happens, contact your
        system administrator.
