User should follow the following steps: 
1) You should have 'IBM Payment Registry Java client' already installed 
   on your system at 1.2.0.0 or higher level.
2) Install IBM Payment Registry Java client 1.2.2.4 by issuing the command: 
   win_setcaclient_1.2.2.4.exe 
3) Select the folder where 'IBM Payment Registry Java client' base version
   is installed, as destination folder for this install.
