AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL

Command

AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL INFO | WARNING | ERROR sets the message types that will be written to the Agent Event Log.

Syntax

AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL INFO | AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL WARNING | AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL ERROR

Where INFO, WARNING, and ERROR are levels:

INFOWhen specified, all three types of messages are written to the Agent Event log. This is the default.
WARNINGWhen specified, only Warning and Error messages are written to the Agent Event log.
ERRORWhen specified, only error messages are written to the application event log. No Warning or Info messages are written to the Agent Event log.

Description

AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL enables the level of messages written to the Agent Event Log to be specified.

Example

AGENTLOGMESSAGELEVEL WARNING

In ESSBASE.CFG, a parameter is not followed by a semicolon.
