Unable to start the Gateway daemon because the group to which userid belongs cannot be resolved
An attempt was made to start the Gateway daemon in the background, but it was not possible to resolve the group to which the running user belongs.
The Gateway daemon does not start.
Check that the /etc/group file exists and that the file has read permissions for the user running ctgd. To verify whether the group can be resolved, run the UNIX 'id' command as the user.
