Explanation

The Client daemon was unable to complete the start request.

System action

CICSCLI performs no action.

User response

Examine any other messages and the Client error log to determine the cause of the error. The error log is in the location specified in the configuration file, or in /var/cicscli if there was an error in the configuration.
