A number of skeleton post-installation members are distributed
with CICSPlex SM. You can customize and generate these members using the job
distributed in the member EYUISTAR of the CICSTS31.CPSM.SEYUINST library.
Tailor the job in EYUISTAR as follows:
- Edit the CINDEX640 parameter to specify the
high level qualifier of your CICS run time libraries. For example
you could specify CICSTS31.CICS.INDEX.
- Edit the CMASNAME parameter to specify the
name of the CMAS. For example, you could specify CMASNAME
EYUCMS1A.
- Edit the ENVIRONMENT parameter to specify
the value CMAS. This indicates that the MVS image
is to have one or more CMASs.
- Edit the LIB parameter to specify where you
would like the customized members generated by the EYUISTAR job to be added. You can specify a 1- to 44- character name of a library. The default
is the data set name specified with the SYSPROC DD statement in the job used
to run EYUINST EXEC, where the lower level qualifier is replaced with XEYUINST,
as in CICSTS31.CPSM.XEYUINST.
- Edit the SCOPE parameter to specify which
group of jobs you want to generate. Specify POST.
- Edit the SYSIDNT parameter to specify the
4-character system identifier used with the CICS system initialization (SIT)
parameter SYSIDNT for the CMAS.
- Edit the TIMEZONE parameter to specify what
time zone is used for the data repository. For a list of time zones,
see ../eyue3/eyue3b0089.htm#eyue31k
- Run the job in member EYUISTAR.
For a complete list of the parameters that you can edit before running
this job, see
../dfha1/dfha1b00255.htm#dfha1hk. The resulting samples are stored in the
location that you specified in the
LIB parameter.
