in the CICS terminal control program each time VTAM indicates that there is a temporary VTAM storage problem.

Dynamic opens count | A03DOC | is the number of times the VTAM access method control block (ACB) was
opened through the control terminal. If VTAM is started before CICS and stays active
for the whole CICS run, this value is zero.
