SESSTOKEN is added to the EXEC CICS WEB xxx HTTPHEADER commands.

EXEC CICS WEB SEND and EXEC CICS WEB RECEIVE have a new range of options when used for CICS as an HTTP client:

There are changes to the options available on most of the remaining EXEC CICS WEB commands. The changed commands can be used for both CICS as an HTTP client, and CICS as an HTTP server.
