QMF-2335 
Incorrect values appear in a classic report column when the report is created from a form that has a combination of multiple side and top grouping breaks and the 'TPCT' or 'Percentage of Group' usage code is applied to the column.

When saving a query, if the value of DSQEC_SHARE (global variable that governs whether objects are shared by default) is set to 1, the "Share the object with other users" check box in the "Save at Server" dialog should be checked but it is not.
