1.  Data source selection dialog does not appear at application start up in certain circumstances.


2.  Query wizard and query diagram view failed to quote lowercase table, column and owner names in auto-generated SQL, resulting in SQL errors upon execution.


3.  An open query diagram view failed to update its row filter when a query parameter name is changed via the world tree explorer.
