README: IBM Express Runtime Middleware Fixpack Wrappers

IBM Express Runtime delivers various Express versions of IBM middleware including WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Express, DB2 Express, IBM HTTP Server (IHS) and Web Server Plugin. These middleware releases provide fixpacks at regular intervals. IBM Express Runtime users can apply the fixpacks individually to the installed middleware, but doing so can be tedious and requires many manual steps. IBM Express Runtime provides an easier way to deploy a fixpack using an IBM Express Runtime wrapper. To ease wrapper creation, a set of template wrappers are provided which can be modified and used. Refer to the License file before using these wrappers. A white paper is available on the Express Runtime support site, http://www.ibm.com/software/webservers/expressruntime/support/, which provides instructions to use the provided template wrappers.
