- The terms click, double-click, and right-click are used to describe item
selection with the mouse.
- The term enter means type the relevant text or command, then press the
Enter key.
- Boldface type indicates the name of an item that you need to select
or the name of a command.
- Italics type indicates new terms, book titles, or variable information
that must be replaced by an actual value.
- Monospace type indicates an example (such as a fictitious
path or file name) or text that is displayed on the screen.
