Create a directory to hold working files, for example mqverify, and make this the current directory. Then follow the steps below to set up the server workstation.

runmqscMQSC does not provide a prompt, but responds with the message:
Starting MQSC for queue manager qmname.where qmname is the name of the queue manager.

The listener will have automatically started when the queue manager was set up. You can verify this by opening Listeners. The listener LISTENER.TCP will be running.
