A forced shutdown of the connection can abnormally end CICS(R) transactions connected to the queue manager. Therefore, there might be in-doubt units of work when the system is reconnected. A forced shutdown occurs in each of these situations:
CEMT PERFORM SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
The queue manager remains active.

+CSQ1 STOP QMGR MODE(FORCE) or +CSQ1 STOP QMGR MODE(RESTART)
CICS remains active.
