Wiring together mediation primitives

The integration developer defines the processing required for a message as it flows from the requester to the service by selecting and wiring together mediation primitives.

In WebSphere Integration Developer, a visual debugger enables the integration developer to debug mediation flows, with breakpoints, single-stepping and inspection of the fields of messages as they flow through the mediation.

The modules are then packaged in a standard WebSphere Enterprise Archive (EAR) file. An EAR file contains all the files required to deploy the application.
