Configuring foreign buses
Use these tasks to configure foreign buses.
Adding a foreign bus
Use this task to add a foreign bus for an existing bus in a network
of buses. The existing bus can be either a service integration bus, or a WebSphere
MQ queue manager. Extending a bus network in this way enables all the buses
in the network to exchange messages. When a bus is added, a routing definition,
or virtual link, between the buses, is also created.
Creating a routing definition
Use this task to create a routing definition (virtual link) for
the link to a foreign bus.
Configuring a routing definition
Use this task to change the properties for an existing routing
definition between a local bus and a foreign bus. The routing definition defines
the virtual link between two buses, enabling them to exchange buses.
