resources before migration.

Before you carry out any migration tasks, back
up your WebSphere Business Integration Message Broker Version 5.0 resources by completing
the following steps:
- Back up the configuration repository database. Use the
documented procedures that are provided by DB2.
- Back up the broker database tables. Use the documented
procedures that are provided by your database supplier.
- Back up your Message Broker Toolkit workspace
and resources; for example, message flow files, message set
definition files, Java files, ESQL files, mapping files, XML Schema files, and
broker archive (bar) files.
- If you manage your workspace resources in a shared repository, for example
CVS, follow standard backup procedures that are defined for safeguarding versions.
- If you maintain your workspace resources on a local or shared disk, copy
your workspace directory to a different location.
