Configuring WebSphere Message Broker involves creating and setting up all the databases, components, and connections that are required for a broker domain to which message flow applications can be deployed.
If you want to create a simple configuration on Windows or Linux (x86 platform) to learn about WebSphere Message Broker and to run the samples in the Message Broker Toolkit Samples Gallery, run the Default Configuration wizard. The Default Configuration wizard creates the Default Configuration, which is a basic broker domain, including a broker database, a broker, a Configuration Manager, and a queue manager.
