Starting and stopping a Configuration Manager on Linux and UNIX systems
Use the mqsistart and mqsistop commands from the command
line.
The following steps show you how to start and stop a Configuration Manager.
Run '. <install_dir>/bin/mqsiprofile' to source
the mqsiprofile script and set up the environment for a single
targeted runtime. You must do this before you can run any of the WebSphere Message Broker commands.
To start aConfiguration Manager, enter the following
command:
mqsistartCMGR01
Substitute
your own Configuration Manager name for CMGR01.
The Configuration Manager and its associated
queue manager are started.
To stop a Configuration Manager, enter the following
command on the command line:
mqsistopCMGR01
Substitute
your own Configuration Manager name for CMGR01.
