The minPeriodInMillisRange Element

The minPeriodInMillisRange expresses a range of minPeriodInMillis values. Notifications which match this condition will have minPeriodInMillis values within the associated range boundaries. If no finite upper boundary or no finite lower boundary is specified in the range, nill minPeriodInMillis values will match.

If not nill, the range's lower and upper boundaries must be greater than or equal to zero.

Please see the minPeriodInMillisRange element and integerRange type for more details.
