Usage records for Parlay X Call Handling over SIP/IMS

Parlay X Call Handling over SIP/IMS calls the Usage Record component Web service to record events related to a service request.

The following table lists the information that is passed to the Usage Record component Web service for Call Handling.

Attribute Description
serviceImplName Identifies the service record as a Call Handling interface record. By default, this is PX21_CH_IMS.
eventType Identifies the event for this record. Must be one of the following:

SetRules
SetRulesForGroup
GetRules
ClearRules
DoInvite
DoErrorResponse

code One of the following:

0 = Operation Successful
1 = General failure
2 = Failure due to policy or privacy

Requester The application that issued the service request, expressed as the requester URI converted to a string.
NumberOfInputs The number of addresses the operation tried to process:

SetRules: always 1
SetRulesForGroup: 1 or more
GetRules: 0 (not applicable)
ClearRules: 1 or more
DoInvite: 0 (not applicable)
DoErrorResponse: 0 (not applicable)

NumberOfSuccess The number of addresses processed successfully:

SetRules: 0 or 1
SetRulesForGroup: 0 or more
GetRules: 0 (not applicable)
ClearRules: 0 or more
DoInvite: 0 (not applicable)
DoErrorResponse: 0 (not
applicable)

MatchedRuleType One of the following:

0 = Not applicable
(for Rule Setting operations)
1 = Accept list
2 = Block list
3 = Conditional forward list
4 = Unconditional forward
5 = Play audio
6 = No rules

NumberOfProxyTrials For conditional and unconditional forwarding. One of the following:

0 = Not applicable (Rule Setting operations, or errors during trial)
1 = No trial to alternative address
2 = Performed a trial to alternative address

NumberOfAcceptMember Number of members in acceptance list after rule setup processing.
NumberOfBlockMember Number of members in blocking list after rule setup processing.
NumberOfCFwdMember Number of members in conditional forward list after rule setup processing.
NumberOfUFwd Number of unconditional forward rules (0 or 1).
NumberOfVItrn Number of voice interaction rules (0 or 1).
