The invalidPart value refers to a SOAP message part which was semantically or syntactically invalid in the context of a larger SOAP message. Its contents must reference SOAP message parts in using an XPath-like syntax, e.g. terminateNotificationRequest/service. XML namespace prefixes may be omitted as in the example. For multivalued message parts, e.g. corresponding to parts where maxOccurs is greater than one, XPath constructs like notification[5] must be used.
Its contents are intended for human consumption only. Clients may display it to an end user, but clients must not rely upon XPath-related correctness for any automated processing.
Leading and trailing white space must be ignored. Internal white space characters must be coerced to spaces. Sequences of two or more spaces must be condensed into a single space.
