SOAP Web Service for the network resources common
component. This component is used to define network resource
specifications and allows retrieval of resource
specification properties through the component interface.
The definition of network resource specifications is part of
the component implementation. Each network resource
specification is associated with a network resource logical
name used to identify the resource. This logical name may be
shared by calling common components or service
implementations. See the interface definition of the Web
Service for a complete description of function.
