NotificationDuplicateFault indicates that a service used a requester, service, and correlator already registered with Notification Management. Because a notification is uniquely identified by its combined requester, service, and correlator, only one notification with that trio of information may be registered with Notification Management at any instant in time.
The messageId provides an informative, internationalized message code identifying this particular fault. The requester, service, and correlator values contain the duplicated information which the service cannot currently allow. The text and variables provide an internationalized string for presentation to a human.
The number of sequential variables elements must match exactly the number of replacement variables in the text content.
Each subelement defines its own content semantics and may define default behavior/semantics when nill.
