SMS provides Web services support for
these Parlay X 2.1 interfaces with the following operations:

- getSmsDeliveryStatus: requests the status of a previous SMS delivery request

- sendSmsRingTone: not supported
- ReceiveSMS
- getReceivedSms: retrieves all the SMS messages received that fulfill the
criteria
- SMSNotificationManager
- startSmsNotification: initiates notifications to the application for a
given SMS Service activation number and criteria
- stopSmsNotification: the application may end a short message notification
using this operation
