The variables Element

One or more variables values are used within a text value's replacement placeholders. Their order is significant, and where possible they should contain language-agnostic content (e.g. WSDL identifiers, internationalized message codes, numeric values, etc).

Leading and trailing white space must be ignored. Internal white space characters must be coerced to spaces. Sequences of two or more spaces must be condensed into a single space.

The variables element cannot have "xsi:nil" as an attribute. The variables element in XML instance can be substituted with other elements.
