IBM Software Manufacturing Distribution Assistance in Boulder - (ISMD)

releases, incorrect shipments, and anything relating to a customers software

- The phone will be answered by a voice response unit.
- Select "2" for software orders and inquiries.
- Have customer number ready.
- Wait to speak to a representative.
- If you have not received a Program Reorder Form, then ask the
representative what address the form was sent to. If the
address needs to be corrected, contact your IBM marketing person.
