Description

  This patch fixes the following:
  
  This patch provides a reference set of runtime libraries corresponding to the
  latest source release (including all patches to date) of the Rational
  runtime for LynxOS 3.1.0a/3.1.1 targets. This is only useful for
  installations that need to synchronize their development with projects
  that use the source release.
  
  Using these runtime libraries will ensure that the runtime matches the
  latest source code released by Rational. (The standard libraries tend to
  change more frequently.)
  
  To use these reference libraries in place of the standard ones, change
  the following policy switch in the view where the main program is linked:
  
  RUNTIMES: $APEX_EMBEDDED_HOME/lib.ref/power.lx_ppc/4.2.0/usr
