This patch fixes the following:

Defect RATLC00153203:

omf_interface.ss/obj_load.c (obj_elf_d history) had a hard coded limit
of 200 characters on a buffer variable used for pathnames. All the
other similar buffers seemed to have a limit of 1000.

The following was fixed in an earlier patch. The fix is
included in this patch as well.

Defect RATLC00150479:

This patch provides Apex 4.4.0 Ada tools for Solaris to LynxOS PowerPC
ELF. This includes fully patched lxe_ppc tools for the previously
supported Solaris to LynxOS 4.0.0/4.2.0 operating systems, plus new lxe5_ppc
tools supporting Solaris to LynxOS 5.0.0.
