This patch fixes the following:

Defect RATLC00878353:

The debugger does not handle single floating point variables held in
floating registers correctly.
It fails to check for Single Precision format.

Defect RATLC00878355:

When the disassembler acts on an executable, it tends to miss short
instructions near procedure boundaries. This is because it misinterprets
zero-filled halfwords inserted by the linker.

The following were fixed in earlier patches. The fixes are
included in this patch as well.

Defect PEBU00008189:

The debugger now displays the correct heap usage information for the
'lt use' command.

Defect PEBU00008641:

apex_ada_xlink_phase (xlink) removed the symbols for subprograms declared in
package bodies (but not in package specifications). This prevented the
debugger from performing true source level debugging. This change has been
removed.
