This patch fixes the following:

Defect PEBU00008794:

The compiler implements address clauses by allocating an object that contains
a reference to the absolute address supplied in the Ada address clause.
The absolute address was represented by a global absolute symbol, but the
naming scheme for the symbol is not unique across packages. This problam has
been fixed by using a local symbol for the absolute address.
