This patch fixes the following:

Defect RATLC00154389:

This is part of a comprehensive patch to bring Apex Embedded 4.2.0 Sun
Solaris to VxWorks PowerPC up to the latest build of the product,
parallel with the latest native hosted Apex 4.2.0 products. It
includes support for Solaris 10 hosts and renaming of Apex specific
packages to avoid contamination of customer application namespaces.

This patch provides the new runtime libraries.
