Description

  This patch is not requred.
  
  This patch installs the freeze_apex_and_lp_views script into
  the APEX_HOME/bin directory and runs it automatically.
  The script will freeze all Apex Ada views and then freeze all
  of the layered product Ada views that are listed in the
  apex startup file kept in the config directory.
  The script has been updated to also freeze any views
  installed from a patch.  Output of the script that does this
  is captured in the $APEX_HOME/install/install.log file.
